On today, 19 Oct 2011 - I got a call from no.09540906658 and person that side said that I am Sub-Inspector Tees Hazari Court Police Station and said that we have case filed against you and you need to come here in Tees Hazari Court, I ask regarding what the case is then he gave me the case No.- DACAP 0194/11.

Ok,Again I talk to Mr. Sharma and he told me that this is your vodafone bill pending case, and told that I need to be present in court in 1 day. when i ask please do spmething then he told me to submit INR 14500/- on one PNB account which is of his asst. Mr. Rajkumar Agrawal and his account no of Punjab national Bank is- 1513000102344949 and address is - 19/29, West Moti Bag, Sarai, Rohilla, Delhi-35. I submit the said amount. Then after 2 hours Advocate called me and told that your case is withdrawn from court on Medical basis. And also told that police will call you for verification and also there are chances that they will ask for money. The withdrawal certificate will be send you by police in 1 week to your address.

Just after 10 minutes I got call from the previous no. 09540906658 from police station and he told that I am Head Constable talking, he asked me that we got this withdrawal of your case from court. But we have the charges of our case file 2500/- that you need to pay. Then I ask how should pay, urgently he said that deposit in PNB.

Then I got worried and felt that I was made fool by these peoples.

Kindly give Right Information as RTI act (govt rule) about above
happens & Issue & mail my No Dues Certificate.

this all happens all against law of nature which effect your brand Image.

Two months back I have submitted a porting request to Vodafone store at Rudrapur(Hanumant communication, Haldwani road, Rudrapur (U.S. Nagar) Uttarakhand with all documents (Driving license, Electricity bill of my Rudrapur office, authorize letter of my company, BSNL Landline bill of my home, photocopy of my two bank accounts passbook and Last idea bill). In 24/06/2012, My Mobile no. 9760020728 was ported from idea postpaid to Vodafone postpaid. I have also paid my Vodafone bill Rs 500/- in 12/07/2010. But, in 13/07/2012 morning my no. was blocked by Vodafone due to unavailability of documents. Same day I went to Hanumant communication, Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) and they told me Today we are sending your documents to Head office and at same time I asked to him why you not yet sent my document to your HO, I also asked to him how your office guys port my no. without document, they told me, Ist we always sent scan copies of document to HO and then original but we forgotten your document to sent HO and this is the reason of SIM blocking and they also told me, tomorrow your no. will be open. Every day I have also called many time to Hanumant communication (9758007415, 9758007416 and 9719002254) but now nobody are responding. Today is 20/07/2012 and my no. not yet open. Today they also misbehaved with me. Pl suggest me what should I do and I can open my No. 9760020728.
