Vodafone service grievance I had a vodafone number which was last switched on in Feb and now when i turned it on it is closed and customer care person says that my number has been given to someone else. Wasn't there a 6 month relaxation for that

Varification not updated in mobile no. Portability case Dear sir,
my name is amit kumar and my mob. no. is9990918363, on 17 aug 2012 i have chosse mob. no. portability from idea to vodafone but they insisit me to take new mob. no. for his sales target but that time i have declined that . and submitt required document my bank statment for add. varification and pan card for i.d varification . and service registrtion no. was 942050. but till 21 aug 2012 that was not update and my add varification was negative that time. again i have visit vodafone store and submitt my document for proceed the case . but again till 25 aug 2012 there was not positive response form company side and my outgoing facility was closed again i havee registred a complain for this issue and they give me time to resolved that problem in next four days and service request no. was 197246. but again they didnt procedd the request and forced me to take new mob no. . on 28 aug the person of vodafone sales team visit my add and varified positively and update also . but still they are not providing me outgoing and incomig service facility and forcing me for new mob. no.
Dear sir they are directly ignoring the guidline of trai facility of mobile no portability facility to the customer.
plz do need full on urgent basis.

3yrs old vodafone number blocked Hi,
I am using 7838856946 since last three years. now i am unable to use this number as my sim is not getting registered on vodafone network.
I have not received any notification/intimation of the services being blocked. I want to use my number as i am using it since long it had balance around 300 rs.
without any intimation how my number can be blocked.
Vodafone is doing everyting on its own..

money deducted without information My name is Ojas, I have a complain agianst Vodafone , this mobile number (+919673946435 ) which belongs to my Dad, who does not know much about mobile applications, he just knows how to recieve and make calls , two days back my dad asked me to check the balance in the mobile (i recharge my Dads phone) , i checked the balance and found that the balance was less than what i expected, thats when I checked msg and found that a service for food recipe's was ON, to confirm I called up Vodafone Customer care dept. spoke with the advisor ,who blamed me for turning on the service , so i asked for her Floor manager, spoke with her Manager , who also said almost the same things what her advisor said, while arguing with him, he revealed that that there was a service which loads automatically on all the mobile phones when they take mobile connection from Vodafone, he asked me to deactivate the flash service , when i asked him , how this service was ON ?, he initially said that it was turned On by me or by my Dad, when i told him that it was not easy to locate the flash service in the mobile phone by a common person , he later said that the service turns On automatically when we take connection from Vodafone ,so i argued with him saying that it was not our fault and we should be refunded for the money which was deducted from prepaid account without our knowledge, the floor manager disagreed(refused) to that and said that it was not posssible to give the money back , there was no point in arguing with him inspite of explaining him the calculation - Vodafone altoghether stole 120 rupees in 4 months time(30 ruppes per month) which my dad or Mom didnt realise till i made them understand even though they are literate people, now imagine in Maharashtra itself , we should have atleast, atleast 1 lakh prepaid Vodafone mobile customers (this is just an example !) who may be literate or most of them not very literate, or not literate at all , if vodafone says that the service is active by default, imagine, just imagine - Vodafone is earning 30 lakhs rupees by doing no hardwork in a months time , this is very easy money for mobile companies like Vodafone or any other mobile connection provider and look at their guts , they are not at all scared to say - that they will not refund the money , i am not loosing much however there are many people for whom 30 rupees is bread and butter for a day , we need your help, help us all , thanking You, Yours sincerely - Ojas R. worst network I m nt able directly speak to customer care executive if that customer care executive revert me back with in one day I change my network for other companies my family people's most of them having Vodafone only they can also having a same problem .its is a worst network I ever seen
