    Default Auto Activate Internet Service BY IDEA Mobile



    I am using an SIM of IDEA for 2 years but now facing some problem from the company, IDEA's customer care called me on 27 april 2012 to active an Internet Service on my phone, but I disconnect the call and when I check my balance on 28th April find that they deduct 20 rupees from my balance, I called them immediately against this deduction they told me to deactivate it but again they deduct 20 from balance on 29th april, and now they refuse to pick my call whereas they are still deducting the some on 20 rupees regularly. I have already requested customer care to deactivate my this internet services pack but they are not doing this. What should I do against it?
