    Angry Complaint against Reliance GSM services

    Hi,

    This is Shiv Ram Dey. i would like to inform you that i have surrender my post paid reliance number on 06.02.2012 at united cellular service located at rihabari guwahati (number : 9864018523 ) but i am still geting bills for no service.

    i have visited several times reliance rihabari cell centre but they dont have any answer of that, they always use to say we have alredy sent your request to our reliance headoffice.

    Hello sir,

    This is Bivas from hydrabad I have been using reliance GSM from past 6 months and I am not at all satisfied with the kind of service I am being provided.Every time Some amount it gets deducted frequently from my balance, I had complained about this many time but no action has ever been taken till now, though few time I get my balance back But it makes me suffer lot
    firstly i decided to Stop using relianceGSM but then i thought,if i change to another operator may,be the same problem i would have to face.
    I complain it to the customer care but still I have to suffer a lot so its my request you to take some action against them so that user like me won't have to face this problem again.

    HI,

    I am trying to PORT out from Reliance. But whenever I am sending the message it replies "Your request cannot be processed right now,please try after sometime." WHen I called the Customer Care , the person is like wait for 2 days. And when I insisited he talked to me in aggression. I don't understand why am i not being allowed to port out. I wanna port out from reliance for its service and worst customer relationshiop.

    I am Vishal from Mumbai. I have been using reliance GSM having number 9022758477 from past 4 years and I am not at all satisfied with the kind of service I am being provided. Every time Some amount it gets deducted frequently from my balance, I had complained about this many time but no action has ever been taken till now, though few time I get my balance back But it makes me suffer lot. Firstly I decided to Stop using reliance GSM but then i thought,if i change to another operator may,be the same problem i would have to face.
    I complain it to the customer care but still I have to suffer a lot so its my request you to take some action against them so that user like me won't have to face this problem again.
    In last 2 days it had dedcuted 60rs from my balance for auto activation of service and I want that refund urgently otherwise I'll complain it to the TRAI and will take strickt action..it's a total mental harassment.

    I have been trying to PORT out from the network of Reliance. But Whenever I am trying to send the PORT out message to 1900 it ios giving me "Your Request cannot be processed right now. Please try after sometime".
    I made a complain regarding this to the Customer Care at Reliance and they said that they will solve the problem. After repeated reminders to them they said me that "Sir, Your problem has been solved and you can send the message". I tried sending the message again but again The same problem persisted. When I again complained they said me the same thing and this is being repeated for so many times without any complains. On the Contrary Reliance Person Mr. Somo Bhattercharya who is the Team Leader says me that this problem is from "TRAI" and we cannot do anything in this. I asked him then what should i do, he said me that you have to wait as there is no way in which comaplin for this can be lodged. I asked him for a solution then he became aggaressive and said me that "you are a liar and reliance is not at fault and what not."



    Is this the way customer is to be treated.This is the way you treat a person iof he wants to port out from your network. And then you expect me to stay in your network after this dirty behaviour.



    I want a solution for this problem or else I will have to take actions now against Reliance after the incident that your Customer Care Team Leader has done.
