    Angry Airtel Customer Care poor service



    Hi, I use a airtel prepaid sim on my Blackberry Curve 9300. I had activated the only Blackberry Messenger plan on 10th April.
    According to the plan I shoud be getting to use BBM as well as get 300 sms as a benefit. But in my case I didn't get it.
    I've been calling the customer care (7070) right from 11th April. They lodge a complain & say we will get back to you after 24 hrs.
    Its been 15 days now still i'm facing the same problem. All my balance is gone coz i've been charged Rs1/- for each sms I send.
