This is with regards to my complaint for Vodafone number 9888402294 in the name of Harvinder Kaur regarding not receive the bill of my number is pending from two months march & April.
I got the Bill two months ago which is of Month Feb and is cleared .

Now, From last two months if you are not sent any type of bill to me so why should I Pay your Pending bill ?.Your executive calls me from 01727167123 daily for Payment, I still inform them for not receiving of bill ..




Unnecessary Phone calls for Payment:- The Executive of Vodafone who came to Provide me the connection is also calls for the payment …….


Very rude behavior of the Customer Care Executives - The Executive’s, when I called in your Customer care helpline for the problem regarding bill, they don’t know how to talk with Customer. Who did not have the courtesy to explain the problem properly? Moreover, I do not understand when I had clearly mentioned my primary contact details, then why they always call at my residence phone number to inquire for payment of bill.


Please look in to the matter as soon as possible. This matter is hanging from a long time now.
