I am Sachin Khedkar from Pune, Sir I am regular customer of tata docomo for more than two years.
While launching, the company gave the best services, schemes and all, but now the company has started troubling the customer.
The company's server get slow very often, it is always facing some problem. Two days before (17th of April) I was asking for the GPRS settings, there was no response for more than an hour, moreover messages were not getting delivered on the regular no they have provided (i.e 52270), so atlast I messaged them GPRS to their customer care and guess what the settings recieved within a minute and also they deducted Rs 5 from the account even when my interenet pack is activated. (Rs 5 pack is one day internet pack) No problem, but the validity of my pack was 1 month, of which still 16 days, and also the balance of the pack was over 1.5 GB remaining. Now they say that yaour pack doesn't have any balance remaining.
Sir, is this happening all correct ?
Sir, I am a student of computer science, and i know this is mistake, when 1 pack is activated, then the other pack of same category should not have activated, or it should have asked the user if he wants to override the previous pack.
So sir i request you to kindly look in the matter, and give some relaxing breathes for the customer.
