Hi

I have recently purchased a Reliance Post paid connection and wanted ISD services activated on it,
Two Weeks back on person had come to collect 2500 for the same to be activated, and was paid to him and we also received a receipt
MY Reliance no# 9555694414

When i checked with a reliance outlet I was told that the ISD activation security is only 2000 and not 2500

I have been duped by this company, I made repeated calls to the executive GURPREET on 9990375409, but he stopped answering his phone,
Also his senior - Rajinder - 9555055677 was rude to me and kept saying that the ISD will be activated the next day and after a few days , even he stopped answering the phone, Till date the ISD has not been activated on my PH,

I am also a aritel user and i know their customer service is far better than reliance can ever be,
This is a company that makes fools of people and make false promises, I want your help to get my money refunded asap,

I have other people using reliance numbers as well, and i will make sure all of them are cancelled at the earliest and that they move to airteL instead,
This has been the worst customer experience ever and i will never recommend RELIANCE's PATHETIC service to anyone !!!!
