    Angry Unfair balance deduction by tata docomo

    Hi there,


    I would like to kindly point out that an amount of Rs 566 has been deducted from my Tata Docomo number on April 6, 2012.

    When i contacted customer care (198) i was told by your representative that the amount was deducted because i had accessed multiple websites from my mobile phone (which makes no sense as i'm using 3G as well as 2G internet on my mobile from the last 5 years and i have been accessing multiple websites from my phone) and cannot be refunded back.


    Again after half an hour i called your customer care number 198 and this time my call was transferred to senior customer care executive and he assured me that the amount (Rs.566) would be credited back to my account by April 10, 2012. But on April 10, 2012 i got a call from one of your representative saying that they can not refund the amount. Is this some kind of joke?



    Also i had recharged my number with Rs.246 3G data pack on March 8, 2012 which gave me the data benefit of 720 MB for one month ie it was about to expire on April 7, 2012. On April 6, 2012 my 3G pack had 212 MB of unused data. So when i connected to internet from my mobile, instead of deducting the data from the unused data pack you deducted it from my main balance which was Rs.566 and now its Rs.0.00.



    So the reason given by your so called educated representatives "amount deducted since i accessed multiple websites from my phone" is senseless!
    If for a moment i consider the reason given to me as a valid then where on your website its mentioned that surfing multiple websites from your phone is chargeable? I've never heard such a stupid, senseless reason in my life!



    I want the amount to be refunded back as soon as possible as i can not call anyone because my balance is Rs.0.00. If my amount is not refunded back within the next 24 hours then i'll file a case against tata docomo for cheating in consumer court!

    Angry Reg: Simply Deducting the amount

    Hello,

    I am fed up of this Tata Docomo Service, because they are simply deducting the amount from my balance.As i have not activated any service from DOCOMO. Then too they deduct is very much unfair to Tata Docomo Customers. In advertisement they shows no Unfair Deductions and showing negative impressions to customers is totally unacceptable.
    Pls dont show such ads and if possible pls refund all my amount deducted previously or else In future pls dont deduct any amount unfairly from my balance.

    Default balance deduction in tata docomo

    tata docomo is deducting my balance regularly against unwanted vas packs. this month they have deducted 180 rs/- from my account.
    yesterday also they deducted 30 rs/- and refused to refund it. they refunded only 10 rs/- and also deducted it after 2 hours.
    now my balance has reached below 1 rupee and so i am unable to use internet also.
    my mobile number is 9033142079 & is in gujarat circle.
    is there any regulatory authority which can help me out with this?

    Angry unnecessary balance deductions

    Hi,

    my self shaik here, My mobile number is 7795162066 .My balance is deducting unnecessarily and the representatives are not giving the proper response. I want to file a case againist these cheating network providers. some one please help me what to be done in this..

    Please be informed that upon checking with our records no wrong deductions have been found. Hence we are unable to process your request of refund. Also be informed that as per our records there is no VAS pack activated in your number.

    Default Balance deduction

    My balance gets deducted without using any sites. When I call customer service they say the sites are chargeable. I don't understand how sites deduct the entire balance amount available and bring down my balance to zero . This is unfair and had happened with me several times.

    We access so many sites on internet through our connection but there is no charge levied on it then why this happens only in the case of mobile internet?

    Please look into this matter.

    When i contacted customer care (198) i was told by your representative that the amount was deducted because i had accessed multiple websites from my mobile phone (which makes no sense as i'm using 2G internet on my mobile from the last 5 years and i have been accessing multiple websites from my phone) and cannot be refunded back.

    of unused data. So when i connected to internet from my mobile, instead of deducting the data from the unused data pack you deducted it from my main balance which was Rs.148 and now its Rs.0.00.
