    Default Airtel - unjustified balance deductions

    Hi ,

    My mob number is 973-182-5975 and it got deducted for rupee 250 between 13 and 14 th apr. Upon calling the customer care the executive says i have dowloaded a mp3 song twice so the money is deducted 99 rupee/song. who on the earth will download song for 99 rupee !! i have never downloaded anything . he was so rude and disconnected saying he cant credit back the amount. Another 50 for cricket pack !! huh ..

    I am so freaking pissed off with airtel guys that I am currently working on getting my number migrated to some other vendor
    some body please look into this and do the needfull.
