I would like to inform u that bsnl has introduced a new series (under prepaid mobile Services) in chhattisgarh state at 15th august 09.
But the main Problem in whole chhattisgarh's customers using this series (starting from 94791XXXX) of prepaid mobile is that the other operator can not make call or can not send sms olso in these seies of mobile.
I have also registered a complain in bsnl customer care before 12 to 13 days ago. but the problem is still the same till the date.

Sir i have already sending a email to the nodal officers of this region (email id as given in BSNL's Web Site) n i can also call them more then 10 to 15 times but the problem is still the same nw i can receive call from some operators bt not all operators and cnt receive sms from any perator except BSNL like sms from Bankig sites etc.

I am having the new series 9494 in andhra pradesh and i have complaint that other network people cannot call me. they get a message that this number is not in use. I gave a complaint to the customer care before about 5-6 days but nothing happened. now i have sent email to the nodal officer but he has not replied till now. I am frustrated. what to do now ? my number is 9494071551
please confirm me 8957 series number is bsnl number?

I have made a recharge in 9467962015 of Rs. 50 (i.e. sms pack) on 08/07/2010 at 04:45 pm. Recharge has been made successfully and i have checked the sms balance through *123*1#. This option was showing that i have 10000 free messages upto 07/08/2010. When i started sending messages to my near and dears then each message was charged @ 80 paise/message. I have called customer care 2 times that same day. But they didn't give the satisfactory reply. Next day, I have called again on the customer care no. 9416024365, but again they didn't reply satisfactorily.
After that, I have called customer care from another no. (i.e. 9466441149) on 09/07/2010 at 01:03 pm regarding the complaint of my no. 9467962015. Mr. Tarun recieved the call and he transferred my call to one of his senior executive. Then his Sr. Executive said that i have registered ur complaint and will send the complaint no. to you via sms and ur problem will be solved within 24 hours.
My problem is not solved yet.
Not even I have got any complaint no. through sms yet.
I am too much disturbed by this bad service of BSNL.
I am unable to send messages as each sms is costing 80 paise.
Tell me what to do???

My name is Amit Sachdeva, I'm from Ambala(Haryana). My Mobile no. is 8901004737.
My BSNL problem is that other operators can not make call or can not send sms on my mobile no. i'm not getting any type of message or call. My friends and relatives are sending messages to me, but due to this problem i am not receiving their messages.
I have also registered complaint in bsnl customer care on 10th and 13th sept. but the problem is still the same till the date.
They are not solving my problem.
Plz give any solution.
dear sir,myself biswajit palauri recharged Rs. 501 on 27.10.10 which is bsnl to bsnl free but i called to a bsnl no. which is chargable of 15 rupees.so after i complained to customer care center with complain no. of(3h2710105574).but there is no result ..so after i mailed to chennai telecom office but they did same thing ...

My name is Alok. I am very much disappointed with the toll free customer care of BSNL. The behavior of the employees are very rude with us. They behave us like a hell. I am having BSNL prepaid cell no.09425134098 which i am using for last 5-6 yrs. But recently from 3-4 months i am receiving the sms regarding using some of the services & amt is deducting from my balance which i never subsrcibed. I approached BSNL Guna office (M.P.) regarding the same. They suggested to Unsub all the sercies & sent to 155223. which i am doing for 3 month but even though these services has not been unsubscribed.
details is as follows:
567000102800 amt deducted Rs.28 for BSNL CRBT subsrcription for latest songs dt.30.09.10
56505005 amt deducted Rs.5 Masti Packs dt.15.10.10/16.11.10/17.12.10
58888010 amt deducted Rs.10/- India times dt.27.10.10
for Unsubscription sms amt has also been deducted. but presently 56505005 is still continuing. Please do me a favour to sent the request send from my mobile regarding subscription of these sevices otherwise refund the amt deducted including sms otherwise i am no other option left to file a compliant to consumer forum.
Early action in this regards is highly appreciated. awaiting for positive response

Dear BSNL, I have a request for call conferrence, i am using a Bsnl prepaid card there is not available for call conferrence , other network are giving this facility, Bsnl (assam) user can do this facility then why is not providing in Karnataka? Kindly explain me as same

My prepaid BSNL no 9440877049 .I am in Nestham plan,on 25th may 2011 they have deducted
Rs 40/- in my account.I have not used any purpose.So,please credit my amount Rs 40/- as early as possible.

With due respect i would like to draw your kind attention that for
last 5-6 Months i am monotonously getting cricket messages
against these messages my balance is also cutting down.
Against this problem i have several times lodged complain to call center (9400024365).
But unfortunately problem is still existing .
If within 05/06/2011 these type unwanted messages if i received iam bound to change
to other network & claim to vigilance of RTI.
As iam also working in service Dept ,but never received such type of services.
So i would like to request you kindly intervene to this matter
your early action in this regard will be highly solicited.
