My mobile no is 98602 91805 (Airtel prepaid). I'm using this since last 6 years.
Airtel deducted my balance (Rs. 190-200) on 10-April-2012.
I called customer care 198 in the morning around 9 o'clock. But no satisfactory response was there.
They told me that the balance is deducted because I have used Internet, but I told them my GPRS plan (Rs. 46/15days) is

already activate so balance should not be deducted from my main balance, they said we will go through the issue & will call

you in next four hours.
I waited for 7 hours, I did not get any call. Then I went to my nearest ARC & called hotline number 999 & registered

complaint, again. The guy on hotline talked me well & told me that charges are wrongly debited & he will forward my number to

his senior for further assessment & they will call you in next 24 hours & balance will be refunded.
{According to this guy, my GPRS plan is renewed on 10Apr at 1.00 AM.(Appox.) & I started using internet at 7.00A.M.

So balance should not be deducted. I'm using GPRS more than a month. Plan renewed twice before but such problem shall not

have occurred.
After 1day (on11-Apr I got call from Airtel (9004009478) and they said it will take 72hrs more for your complaint to resolve.

I said ok.
But since then I have not received balance refund nor any call from airtel.
Please look into this issue. & refund my balance back as soon as possible.
