    Default Poor Airtel 3G signal

    Dear Sir,

    I brought a new 3G Data card with number 9849855576 on 04/07/2012 with plan 5gb in Vijayawada. While buying I was informed that 3G services is available in Vijayawada. But from day one I am not getting 3G signal. I called so many times Airtel customer care but no improvement. Can you kindly provide me the details whether really 3G service is available in Vijayawada or not and when can I expect 3G signal. Thank you

    Default Airtel 3G data card issue

    Hi,

    I took an airtel 3G data card from bangalore,during March and has been struggling from the day one.
    The average speed i am getting in this is 300 kpbs and i was put into embarassing situation
    in front of my boss since i could not complete my official duties on time. I raised complaint
    with the customer care and the technical team. Someone from the tech team
    visited my home and found that the signal strength is weak and promised for a resolution.
    It is more than 3 weeks, but no action is taken.

    I have finally raised a disconnect request for which also there is no response. I am not sure
    whom to contact next.

    Default Not getting Airtel 3G signal

    Hi,
    I brought a new 3G Data card with number 08056235715 on 07/11/2012 with plan 3.5gb(Rs 675) in
    Ambattur(Chennai).But from day one I am not getting 3G signal in Mohan ram nagar(3rd cross street,Mugappair,Ambattur Industrial Estate,Chennai-600037). I called Airtel customer care but no
    improvement. Can you kindly provide me the details whether really 3G service is available
    in Mohan ram nagar or not and when can I expect 3G signal. It’s urgent,so please resolve my issue as early as possible. Otherwise cancel my airtel postpaid connection of 08056235715 number.

    Default Airtel 3G data card issue

    I have a 3G datacard with number 9500057743 on 10GB Plan.Coverage in Pudupet,Chennai was good till last week.But for last 5 days only 2G signal is working and that too does not work sometime.Please look into this issue annd resolve it.
