Complaint against Vodafone I am a vodafone postpaid mobile customer(Relationship no. 1.22358003 ).
I have stopped using using my blackberry handset after purchasing an android smartphone in july 2011.I had put a request to deactivate my "backberry prosumer lite 299" on july 30th 2011.
I have been billed for the above blackberry service all these months (all bills i recieved till date 3-apr-2012) as always i login to vodafone.in website and pay my bill thus unnoticed the specific inclusion of prosumer lite service.
On march 7th 2012 i filed a complaint regarding this and i was informed that it was a technical mistake and i will be getting refund.After a big cheating(just a "technical mistake" for vodafone) they started giving big troubles by not responding and giving false promises.
Very often i make calls to customer care and they says they are working on resolution, it has been escalated and will be solved within 24 hours except last time( 48 hours).
Though i made so many calls to customer care only below complaint numbers are given to me by customer care on the same issue.

Further shocking thing is that nobody responded even after mailing to vodafonecare.kar@vodafone.com except an automated reply stating that they have got the complaint.
People from vodafone calls me regularly without fail to remind me to pay my small bill(which still includes cheating blackberry service money) compared to how much i should get refunded.
Meanwhile customer care blames billing department for no action and they even said that complaint was *bounced* due to no action and filed again.
I have lost trust in vodafone and very much frustrated due to their lies about "resolution" and still waiting for justice.
Already spend so much of time and emotions after the big cheating to get it resolved.
Just now i saw the complaints page of my vodafone portal.

Thats what vodafone service is.notice that they "closed" my complaints without resolving it because they want me to call them every day for the same issue or to claim their extraordinary problem *resolution* capabilities !!!!!!!
I demand compensation.

Vodafone cheating continues...
They are ready to pay only 1341 and they are not ready to explain how does it comes...
My Points
requested to close blackberry prosumer lite on JULY 30th 2011
My billing date 5th of EVERY MONTH.
Last bill which includes above service falsely charged is dated March 05 2012.
I supposed to get refund of 7 months.
August 5th 2011 supposed to be my last blackberry bill.
from September 2011 to march 2012 total 7 months bill has to be paid back to me
That is 299x7 = 2093 (exclusive of tax) i paid for above service because of their cheating.
I got their mail given below

Dear Prasoon,
Thank you for your email dated 03-Apr-12 regarding Blackberry charging.
We regret the inconvenience caused and would like to inform you that a waiver of Rs.1341/- has been approved which will reflect in your next invoice getting generated.

Where did you get the magical figure 1341 ?
You have the responsibility to explain that after a big cheating.

Your post clearly says you are least bothered about customers and *DOESNT WANT TO KNOW* customers problem.
I know that 1341 has been approved/credited and *already* mentioned that in my previous post.
Any idiot will understand that i have been asking for explanation of 1341 from my post which still you refuse to do which is clearly hiding away from your duty.
What nonsense march to august you are talking about???? Stop your lies and show some respect to your job.
Everywhere (this forum as well as my multiple complaints to vodafone) i mentioned i requested to close service on july 30th 2011 and bills in question are DATED from 5th September 2011 to 5th March 2012(7 months).
You can call it august to march.
Learn mathematics and calculate 299 x 7 + taxes and other surcharges paid on that amount and even your stupid march to august logic doesnt add up 1341.
Why are you taking charge of customer care when you cannot understand english language or does not want to understand customer's complaint ?
Stop posting useless messages on this forum shamelessly.

Update : I got message and mail that balance amount 969 has been credited.
Tired of communicating with them and not demanding for any compensation. Atleast happy to get my money back.
And also recieved a mail from nodal office which indicates that they will take corrective action.
Hope for the good.

Tired of complaining against my net cruise not rec I am sick of calling talking to customer care and visiting vodafone care center. I got my net cruise(number 8459542760) USB recharged online on 6th april 2012. On 7th april I filed a complaint with vodafone for usb not getting recharged, complaint number APR/222. Last week I was told my money will be refunded and I was suppose to submit my bank account statement at vodafone care which also I did. Still my money has not been refunded. Moreover because of assurance given about my money refund. I got my net cruise usb recharged from vodafone care center paying by card on 16 april 2012, and still my usb is not recharged.
So I have spent about 500 bucks on visiting vodafone spending petrol, mental torture and loss of Rs. 1602/- which are neither refunded nor my usb recharged. Please help me , I am completely mentally tortured as center people say they have sent mail and backend complaint people say its not their duty!

Vodafone New Connection Dear Sir,
My name is Kiran. It was regarding for Vodafone new connection the number is 8879123777 it was blocked by me on 10/04/2012 receipt number is 154 through Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd which was located at Western Express Highway Andheri (East) the executive name is Mr. Nitin he called on 10/04/2012 Mr. Nitin Number 9167578204 he informed these number is blocked by Mr. Kiran. After two days he on 12/04/2012 there business manager called me his name is Mr. Dharmendra he also told me it will activated. Now after that i was calling to Mr. Nitin regarding for that number. These number was not activated till 21/04/2012. Since on 27/04/2012 called up on Vodafone helpline number 111 they informed these number was given to Mr. Harshil Keni. 8879123777 these number is blocked by me also given on all document on same day 10/04/2012 around 17.00 on evening gave money Rs. 300 also signature on forum half signature on snap and fourm also gave them detail on pen card and driving licence copy. Also visited vodafone lower parel branch had word with Firdouse. my thing is that vodafone is not keeping those words which was given to me and now they are concerning me that they will give me other number why i cant my original number which was provide me 8879123777.

MNP Problem Dear Sir,
My name is R.R.Vardhan, i have recently ported my two prepaid mobile numbers from TATA Docomo to yours(Vodafone) network after completion of 3months, I submitted all proofs.In TATA Docomo i am not satisfied with offers, signaling and customer care response.so i ported to Vodafone on 10th july 2012. Till now port is not activated, when i approach vodafone store(which is located at CTM Road, Madanapalle, Chitoor DT, AP) several times they are not responding well and saying that "your present TATA Docomo network not releasing your numbers so we are not able to port". Vodafone store people have given two SIMs, for each they charged 50/-.
I made call to TATA Docomo customer care they told that "from our-side there is no problem once u get unique number you are able to convert".I again contact to vodafone store they are behaving irresponsibly and again saying TATA Docomo network not releasing your numbers.
I am a business man and i have to make many calls, also need 3G net connection. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible, this is my last request. If problem is not solved i have to choose another network. Why i am paying this much attention is because i had already used your network and i am satisfied with it.
My mobile Numbers, Portability and SIMs details are as below;
1. 9491538151- unique porting code is "TA349666" which is valid upto 25-07-2012. For this vodafone store given SIMs is "H 1 89911 30240 25150 327 9"
