    Angry False Commitment



    Reliance prepaid have mentioned on their website that they provide call Hold and Call conferencing facility. But I have tried numerous times contacting customer care for activating this services which are available in all other carriers, but they say its not available for reliance prepaid.My No. is 8080908344

    The customer service associate had promised me that the misleading content will be deleted from the website within 1 week. Its been one month and the content is still there on website... This is the second time you have made false commitment.
