    Post Daily Rs 5 deduction in main account



    Dear Sir,I am using Airtel mobile services since 2005.Recently any service activation has done on my mobile number & rs.5 deduction has been done daily. I called customer care to stop this services but no action has been taken.I called again & again customer care but they are not responding well.Talking with customer care is a mental torture.It is request you please stop that service and return my balance till deducted for particular service. sarang Alone,9860482079,Pune(MH)

    Mere Number he 8018969419.. Ye number pe maine 25th April ko 33 ka sms pack dala tha jiska validity period he 30 days jisk through se hum Daily 100 sms bhej sakte hain.. Isme Airtel to Other network ko 100 sms bhej sakte hain mohine me.. Me ye service 8th May tak enjoy kiya par usk bad aur nehin..
    8th May ko pehle Airtel ko bilkul v sms na geya so us din Bsnl ko sms bhej k adjust kiya par 9th May ko na bsnl na Airtel ko sms geya.. So me 20 30 bar try kar kar k customer care se bat kiya.. Wo bole ki mere phone me balance kom se so balance dal k sms bhejne ko. 9th May ko main balance dala par sms pack active na hua aur main balance se katna suru.. Fir jitna try kiya aapk ghatiya customer care se bat karne ko par na laga.. So me 9th ko online compain diya aur aapk taraf se v reply aaya.. Kisine 1 din me problem solve ho jane ka wada kiya to kisine 3 day.. par 12th ko 3din hua par koi v solve na hua problem ka..
    Ye kaisa ghatiya service he Airtel.. Simple sa problem ko solve karne k liye kya 1sal loge salon.. Phone karo ta lagta nehin.. Bhik mango paisa bahut milega par looto mat.. Avi tak na mere problem solve hua na Main balance se jo 10 rupe kate hain wo loutaye hain..
    Aap jaise ghatiya company k liye muh se kuch aacha nikalta nehin.. Sudhor jao barna no 1 se number 100 me pahanch jaoge...Humare wajese aapk comapny he.. Humne hi aap ko number 1 ka position diye hain aur aise lootoge to no 1 se hata k number k game se hi bahaga denge..

    Unhappy Airtel amount deduction without permission

    My no. is 9818544218.I use sms pack of Rs.88 every month and recharge on own.

    Last month as soon as I got it recharged[ 13th april] additional Rs.88 got deducted without any reason.Perplexed , I kept doubting someone used my phone .But the same thing happened yesterday 13th May when again after getting recharge of Rs.88 separately , additional Rs.88 got deducted from my balance. Rs.176 gone for what iv already paid for.On top of it on dialing
    123 - there is no more cusomer care executive option
    198 - says dial *121# for complaints
    *121# - tells you to wait for 10-15 sec to get the main menu which you never get.

    Its been over and hour that Iv been trying , but all in vain.
    AIRTEL OWE ME MY MONEY AND REPLY FOR SUCH ACTIVATIONS OF SERVICES WITHOUT PERMISSION .

    Angry airtel stealing balance

    my no is 9500887008. im here again after loosing all my balance to airtel because they charged me more even after activating rate cutter yesterday. i ve activated that*555*30#which i saw in airtel website, that allows me to call airtel no at 30ps for one day at 1rps per day. i activated that pack at 8pm yesterday and i got a reply that it ll be activated within one hr(that is before 9pm). i had a balance of more than 45rps at that time. at night 11pm i called my friend to an airtel number and talking for some time. i got my call disconnected in between after 50min(5 min before 12), damn it says me that my balance was ZERO. what the hell is happening..?? its supposed to cost me 15rps not 45rps.. why do they charged me for that rate cutter at 8pm then?? y doesnt it activated even after 3hrs?? . i tried to call 198 at very next min and tried it for nxt 30 min to understand that they ll never connect you to customer care agent. whatever you try in that, any option you reply for that the answer is same.."dial *121# to know your balance and special offers and thank you for calling airtel" damn.. what am i supposed to do now with ZERO balance.?? this morning again at 11.30 i recharged and had balance for only 6rps and i tried to contact nodal officer no9952434865 that i got some time back. and all i heard for nxt 5min was that airtel music( which helps me to increase my bp further, thank you) then there was a lady at the other end whom i think knows everything. she ask me about number, name and booster pack activated(and how i activated it, where i got that info,at what time, how much it cost me, how long its valid, what service reply i got for that and when i called next time) and damn i got my call disconnected because of zero balance again.i cant loose my money to them and sit with zero balance every time.i just want to know
    1)why do they charged me 45rps instead of 15rps after activating rate cutter for which they charged too..
    2) how am i supposed to get my money back.
    3)what is the use of 198 here if no one cant register a complaint there??
    4)when i ll get my money back or
    5)just help me with number portability to change to some other network..

    Default Airtel fake balance deduction

    First of all very sad to say this but airtel customer care service has been detoriated a lot.
    For last 2 years I am using airtel connection and my family is using from last 5 years.

    But now a days the company is only concentrating on money making instead to giving a good service to it's customers.

    Now the situation is arrived when airtel is deducting balance for the fake calls(calls that are not made.).Wrong call details are captured in their system and the balance is also getting deducted for the same.

    My balance was deducted for the call that I have never made infact I have faced similar problem earlier as well.I thought that some stupid service has been activated on my number without my concern that is very common now ,hope many people have faced this,so I called customer care to check out this .But I was shocked to see that balnace is getting deducted for the call that are not made by me.

    Customer care service is a headache in itself ,instead of registering my problem and going to root cause they simply keep transferring my number to their senior executives and that too of no use.
    They are proudly saying that whatever is reflecting in their system is correct instead of checking the bug in their system.

    I am switching off my network connectivity and will suggest my friends and family not to use airtel,infact will ask my family to stop using the connection!!!!

    Unhappy Airtel Services - complaint

    Hi,

    I am receiving SMS from AD-54321 saying "You have been renewed for WeeklySub subscription service from airtel. You have been
    charged Rs. 20.0", even i never had registered/subscribed for such services as specified above. This message keeps coming every week and no matter what i do deducts Rs 20 from my balance. Airtel is illegally deducting money from its customers without proper information. Even after reporting to customer care service number of times, nothing has changed.

    Please take stringent action against them.

    My cell no. is 9098542965

    Airtel start activating service without my consent and when I recharge,this service activate and being whole amount was deduct from my acount. afterwards, when i see, the balance is zero, i was shocked, that is the main problem, as I did not activate any such service.

    kindly, rectify my big problem only to stop the service, again when i recharge pls don't deduct any amount and also my deducted balance to be back.
