airtel compliant Sir,
I would like to say that there is no service available from your 198 number. We cannot talk to the customer care representative because the phone gets always disconnected while connecting to him. And the problem is everyday 1.5 rupees is getting deducted from my airtel number 9831646879. When I opt for stop a service it is said no service is activated on your mobile,but the money is getting deducted everyday. Some days before a message came that moviealert has been activated and for that 1.5 was deducted. And from then on only money is getting deducted but no message comes. Please see to this at the earliest because if these things continue I will be bound to leave airtel as soon as possible,its getting distusting day by day.

I am not able to deactivate sms pack Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My number is 09829806436. I activated a SMS pack on 26th April, 2012 by dialing *111# and from the same day I have been trying to deactivate the scheme by dialing *111*0#. But whenever I dial the deactivation no. I get a message saying we are not able to proceed your request please try again after some time. I have been constantly trying to deactivate the scheme. Even after calling at 198 every day again and again from 27th April no serious action has been taken. Even when i asked the customer care people to deactivate they gave me fake promises that they have deactivated it and the scheme won't be renewed again the next day. But it renews everyday in the morning. As a result I have been charged Rs. 12 (3*4). The people from customer care has been so rude and ill mannered too.
kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible. As the pack is charging me rs. 3 everyday.

balance deduction Dear Sir,
My Airtel No. is 9096036387. I got calls from company for various services again n again and the number pattern is 1400___. Even if I cut the call instead of picking, they activate any DAMN service on my number. I have suggested to take airtel cards to so many friends. We have three airtel sim cards, but the problem is same for all. Please solve it. This time some 'airtel mirchi' service has been activated, and they made my account balance ZERO. If you dont RETURN me my balance, I will stop using airtel and i will not suggest any one to take airtel card. It is totally unfair. I hope Your team will take strict action.

Fonebuzz - Unwanted Money Deduction My number is 9840476369....since 2nd April 2012, i have been receiving a message from Airtel as follows:
"Your Fonebuzz by Fonetwish will be renewed in next 3 days and you will be charged Rs.5 for 5 days from your airtel mobile account. To unsubscribe, dial *515*22#"
This message is very much irritating me. Even after i complained to airtel customer care, this message keeps coming and deducting Rs.5 per day. About 200 rupees have been taken from my account for this unknown service that i haven't ever subscribed. I have these SMS messages in my phone. If needed, i can submit this messages to the court.
This has to be resolved as soon as possible and I have to get my balance that i lost in this thing.

SMArt Byte problem:- no 41733142 Good Day,
Presently i am using a plan for my broadband of 75 turbo.
My plan was to upgrade it to 150 turbo, but when i came to knw that
it will take 1 month for the process, i switched to smart byte, which costed me extra 1499inr for 50GB
during initial days the speed was dedicated 2mbs, but for the past few days, during day time the speed is not
even half of it.

My Name is R.Balamurugan. My No ; 9944869956(Airtel), Today morning Rs.5 have been debited from account without any reason, while I,m checking my balance i found that my amount have been debited .
I have send SMS "LAST' to 121 but no reply.... kindly check & reply me for what purpose it was debited... If any service activated Kindly deactivate immediatly

Poor Response of Airtel Customer Care Kind Attention Concern Executive
Myself Suraj bearing airtel number 7898814978 M.P & CG region.on 4th May 2012 I got msg from AY-95401 mentioning SMS pack @64 has been renewed on your number.Instead of this so called Message pack renewal, balance was deducting from my main balance account for national and local msgs Rs1.50 and Rs1 respectively.I lodged a complain bravely.Bravely because it took around 45 minutes to talk with the seniors executive because of call drop whenever junior executive was forwarding it to the seniors one.I had no option but to bear with this quite irritating and poor response of airtel..However they registered a complain having ref no CBNRA30507667821. They promised to resolve the issue on or before 6PM of 9th May-2012. In between, i again called and all these above mentioned poor response repeated by airtel customer care executives and again they registered a complain having ref No PR050800201.This time they promise to resolve the issue on or before 1 PM of 9th May 2012.Nothing happened. I just got my message pack renewed having validity period from 4th May 2012 to next one month but those unauthorized and meaningless balance deduction for my messages was not returned neither there was any message or call from airtel regarding this. I would like to name some of the executives i talked with- Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Mr. Gopi Sharma, Mr. Tarun etc.Please do the needful as this matter is not only for wrong balance dedution but also regarding poor and irresponsible service by a great brand compony customer care executives.

deduction in balance repeatedly hi my no. is 9871661612 airtel is deducting my balance continuesly without my knowledge we are complaining again & again & each time they have started new services or even without that deducting my balce some time 20 rs some time 15 rs some time 10 rs without any reason . if the problem not solve i will definately port my no. in next few days.
