    Default Recharge not done through Airtel money

    Dear Mr Rakesh,

    I am Airtel Prepaid user ( +918146799157), I recharge through airtel money with a transaction ID 15346587 at 15:32 on date 25 july 2012 of rupees 100 and recharge was successful. but I still not received money on my prepaid account (+918146799157 airtel punjab ), I called many times to Customer care executive but they have no Solution.

    My airtel number is 9963901279. I got a message from airtel sayin thanks for downloading value pack from airtel. You have been charged Rs.50 but i didnt download any value pack. When i tried callin customer care to stop that service they said i have no services on my number.

    Default Balance deducted

    Im using AIRTEL prepaid, MAHARATSTRA circle. mob no 9860629849.They deducted Rs.100/-in my phone around 4:00 pm today. Some airtel representative called me and requested to dial 51010 for some reason (i didnt get it) but they said its a toll free.So I called to that number and I got a sms that 100 Rs deducted for some service.Now Im trying to contact airtel customer care from 1 hr and Im not getting their assistance.Once the cal is connected but they diverted to 1 executive to other and at last they said its MP circle call 121 back. Im really frustrated with the kind of service.I need immediate explanation regarding this and I don't want to use this service any more. I want to convert to Vodafone service. Please send me the process required for portability

    Default Airtel complaint

    I am "pradeep mittal" -the user of airtel number 8146928298.I am having serious problems with airtel this recent year.I have almost got a balance deduction of about Rs.400 in this year.And when i try to call customer care they say that u have downloaded games.Why the hell will i buy games??I activated mobile internat and I could see the data left at *123*10# but Rs.90 got deducted from my main account and the data left was as it was in my account.Then I tried to do MNP about 3 times but they called me everytime and said that sir we are giving you this service and Rs.40 in your main account and so please dont leave airtel.But all the 3 times I never got any service or benefits.I am going to do MNP this time even if bharti airtel himself comes and say take my car keys.I dont want any refund or benefits regarding this complaint.I just want to let my fellow indians know that bharti airtel is not the same as it was before and please never buy their connection even if they give it to you for free.I am going to jump to vodafone now.BYE BYE Airtel.Will try to forget the 3 pissing years I spent with you.

    Angry outgoing facility blocked

    I took the sim with no 7893085750 from the airtel outlet at RTC 'X' Roads, Hyderabad on 29 June 2012. After 1 week I received a message form the airtel that the enrollment forms submitted by me are incomplete and to submit the forms again. When I contacted the same airtel outlet they said that there won't be any problem and issue will be corrected. But the sim got blocked on July 18.

    On contacting them again, the airtel outlet personnels ill-treated me and took no steps to correct the issue.

    After that I lost the faith the airtel outlet and I went to their Head office at Begumpet, Hyderabad where I Submitted the enrollment forms again on July25 .They said that my sim will be activated within 3 days.


    It's 6th day today and till now SIM is not activated.
    When I contacted the customer care they said that my newly submitted enrollment forms have not reached their office and I should submit the forms again (for the 3rd time!)

    So guys, please don't prefer airtel if are going to take a new SIM, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    Default Airtel deducting money earlier than they should

    Dear Mr Rakesh,
    Thank you for your response. A airtel correspondent (Amit Kumar) contacted me. However instead of making note that it is an airtel issue that i am being auto recharged for a 7 day SMS pack every 6 days, he went ahead to tell me the following :
    1. I do not know counting
    2. It is airtel's policy and it is written in their T&C given on the airtel website, that they will charge me for a single day 2 times
    3. I can go to consumer court if i want to
    4. I should change the plan because Airtel does not care
    5. I can leave airtel and go to any other service provider since Airtel cannot do anything about the issue.

    I am very shocked at the response i got from airtel. He refused to listen to me and agree that it is a fault on airtel's part. He also would not give me anything in writing or allow me to talk to his senior where i can escalate the issue.

    Default Balance deduction and no customer care support

    Sir,
    my name is yash mehrotra and my airtel no. Is 8894502125.
    My balance is deducted for many of the airtel services without my consent and even after unsubscribing the services they are activated automatically.
    And also to state that my mobile internet is not working properly even the plan is activated and related recharge is done.the customer care executives are not listening for any complaint and many time the phone is not connected to the executives or disconnected by them.

    I wish you would listen and look forward to my request and provide better services.i owe an apology from airtel.

    Default Deducting money from balance

    Dear Airtel,
    I am a prepaid user.20 rs has been deducted from my balance today..for some "Ask an expert" service which lasts for 20 days.No such service has been activated from my side.I already have low balance and these things are just not acceptable.Please look into the issue.
    I am seriously considering switching to other operator.
