Airtel complaint - Deducted balance

Sir,
First of all I am a loyal airtel customer since 5 years. This is the first time that I am so frustrated with the services. Many times before I have been wrongly charged with hello tunes etc but I ignored as I was happy with the services. But this time things went overboard. I had activated Rs 3/day for 10 MB GPRS plan. I had correctly selected Mobile Office settings. I had downloaded data for 6 MB ONLY. Suddenly Next day my balance was deducted by Rs. 80. After Recharging my cell, my balance was again deducted by RS 225 /- . After a third time recharge, I was again debited with Rs 80.(pls note I had not downloaded any data except the initial 6MB) This was very frustrating so I discontinued the plan itself. I had called on 198 but they couldn't help in anyway. They were busy convincing me that I had downloaded data of 920 MB (pls note my cell phone is not even capable of that kind of download. Its a basic model ). I registered a complaint ( CBDMO20415620137 ) on 15th april . They promised me a call from your service cell within 48 hours. As I didnt get any call on 17th, I called again. But even this time the operator could not help me with the refund. He registered another complaint vide No : CBDOV20417992306 and cut the call without even speaking properly. After that again there was no Call from your side. Since then I have been calling everyday to 198 but the cell never gets connected to a Customer service Representative. It says I have exceeded maximun attempts to speak to them. It is really frustratin I dont even have anyone to follow up my complaint with. I would not like to change my Service provider ( Airtel ). But considering all this chaos Airtel is forcing me to utilise Mobile Portability and change to some other service provider. Kindly ensure My wrong deduction of Rs 385.00 is refunded timely.

My number is 9952068402....for the past 1 and a half months, i have been receiving a message from Airtel Quoting

"Your Fonebuzz by Fonetwish will be renewed in next 3 days and you will be charged Rs.5 for 5 days from your airtel mobile account. To unsubscribe, dial *515*22#"

I never activated any such services....each time i get this message i am losing Rs5....i unsubscribed everytime i got this message...but this did not stop at all....i lost around Rs.40 in this....

Previously i had the same problem with Twitter service, which i never activated....i complained about this to 121(customer care) around 4 or 5 times...no proper action was taken and after that i was redirected to some recorded message and was not able to contact customer care at all....this is so disgusting....and i got so disappointed with Airtel....

mene customer care se bat ki thi
lekin abhi tak response nahi mila hai.
2 week se ye samasya nhi sulajh pa rahi hai
kya hoga.........

i had recharged my account on 20th april with airtel 62 sms pack..bt still i hav not got 3000 msgs balance in my account.what to do??

Hi this is Navin kumar,and i was shocked,when i was using airtel internet only for 12 minute and they deducted my 120 rs.How is it possible? After that when i called to customer care they told me it is exact amount for internet which i have used. Now i want to know how is it exact?

I m an airtel prepaid user( Bearing Mobile no : 9928695697 ) I recharged my cell with 200 full talk time pack. My balance has been deducted by 100 Rs. few days back I talked to customer care they ensure my for no further deduction but there was no appropriate revert from them. According to them I have some services activited on my No. But i have no extra service in my knowledge on my Cell No. either ensure me for no deduction in future for any service or let me know for my service activited on my No. I do not want any services on my No accept Net surffing Or downloading...

My balance is deducted two times as five rupee. I called to the customer care they you are subscribed the package called WAPSAGHINSUB now only i heard of this word but they are telling the was subscribed by my self for the further details they are not responding to me immediatly they cut the call and baring my no to call customercare. Now a days airtel is becoming bad network without user knowladge they are deducting the balance so be aware from airtel
