    Question which java game was downloaded please explain

    Airtel had deducted rs 99 for some java game, i have called customer care but he said you can check the details from airtel live, i have checked the same but it says purchase history is blank.

    I want to know what is downladed to my mobile and where is it ??,
    i can't find it anywhere ??

    Airtel - Looting the customers by activating services that we never asked for...

    The Airtel activated the internet on my mobile last month immediately I called up the customer care and asked them to disable it, but that fellow (executive) told me it’s free for a sometime. After which I told him very clearly to discontinue the services, but they failed to do so and they continued to keep the internet activated without my consent. Now this month they are charging me for the service I never asked for.

    I have heard similar complaints from so many airtel users, they always do same mistake which no longer can be a mistake it’s become their channel to loot people.

    Customer service: these customer service executives are useless, in this case I had told him to discontinue the service which he failed to do so. Also this customer service is a paid call in spite of which we have to listen to their non-sense ad’s which we don’t want to before getting thru’ the customer service executive. If we call them to lodge any complain they never get back on time and will keep holding you online forever. I had to spend like 1day to get my complaint registered after which also they fail to get back on time.

    Angry 149 rs recharge

    My no. is 9730734618. i have recharged my no. with 149 rs. few days back in which i should get(2gb night+2gb day)gprs data. but i was shocked to see that i have got only 2gb day balance an no night data was given. but when i complaint to cc they told me that i have used all 2 gb. how can that be possible,(i am sure i have not used it)

    One of the cc told me that I am lying and i have used all the night balance, I
    fail to understand how Airtel can be so callous and have such ill
    trained people manning the complaint dept. I requested him to take up
    my complaint and give me a complaint number to which he declined.

    WRONG DEDUCTION OF INTERNET
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Recently I joined your organization from Idea through portability.
    On 13th I recharged my number for internet facility for Rs.98/-. I received a SMS indicating the balance amount for talk time Rs.245/- and for internet Rs. 98/-.
    Normally after the completion of call I received the balance SMS. But since I recharged for internet these SMS stopped, and on 14th evening suddenly after a voice call, I received a SMS that my balance is Rs. 1.96.
    I contacted call center, the person told me that “my internet facility was not activated and the internet amount is deducted from my talk time.”
    He also advised me to have words with senior, I requested him not to keep me just on hanging, he agreed for that and kept me waiting for more than ten minutes and finally disconnected my call.


    NOW,
    1. After the recharge of internet how I stopped receiving the balance sms ?
    2. At the end of the balance how I started getting the sms again regarding the duration/ balance amount ?
    3. After the recharge of internet use of amount Rs.98/- I received my balance amount of both (t/time as well internet), still why the c/center person told me that my internet facility is not activated ?
    4. How this type of mistake related to the CASH took place though the system as it is fully computerized ?
    Sir,
    The things happened in the sequence of doubt. I request you, to look in the matter and refund my wrongly deducted amount immediately to enjoy my mobile services.

    Note: While tried to give complaint in airtel, nashik office, they refused to take the complaint and i was told to go through online process.
    Now i tried to search email address on website, but there was no email on website to make a such complaint.

    Airtel deducted my balance (Rs.15) for activating a service called TTMONE97 without my consent. I was shocked to see SMS regarding activation of this service as I myself did not activate any such service.

    Default Balance deducted from Main Account though Internet Pack is taken from Airtel

    Hi Forum,
    This is to inform you that I have Airtel's prepaid no since 2005. On 24th of June 2012 I called up in Customer Care of Airtel and confirmed from there which Internet Pack I should use for my number. I was told by CCE that I should recharge my account by RS.98 in which 1GB is given to customer. I did the same on 24th and got it recharged. But to my surprise, even after having Internet monthly pack my main account balance was deducted again and again whenever I was surfing Net from my Ph. I called up on 198 on 25th of June and lodged a complaint against it in Airtel and it was committed to me that on 26th if June by 12:30pm I would be getting my wrongly deducted balance back into my account. Time lapsed but nothing happened by that time and still the balance was getting deducted. I called up in Airtel again to know the status of my Complaint but to my surprise CCE started telling me different story. I was told that my amount can't be given back since I was using 3G and recharge was done for 2G. I tried to tell them that how it is possible that my main account balance and Internet usage balance both are being deducted parallelly.
    Every time ph call is being transferred to Floor Manager and I am being given commitment to resolve the issue and get my balance back but nothing has happened till now. I have been calling Airtel 198 no but everytime CCE is giving me wrong info for example: one CCE said I have made calls so my balance is cut while other asked whom u spoke when you spoke and why you spoke. Even One said my internet Account balance is 1044.48 MB while I was having 1019.44 MB.

    Fourm, please help me to get my balance back deducted till date since 24th of June 2012 which has become now RS.70. No one in Airtel CC is taking this matter seriously and even after requesting them to stop 3G service it is still being activated on my cell though I was asked four time to stop it and every time I gave my nod.

    I am really irated and fed up by calling these people and requesting them to give my 70 rupees back to me. Why should I suffer if Airtel has made this mistake of giving wrong info to Customers??
