Airtel ->Vodafone - MNP - Data Plan Issues I recently got my number ported to Vodafone through a direct sales channel namely Axis Enterprise.
I got a corporate connection and I was promised that once my number gets ported, all I have to do is send an email to get my data plan activated.
Number got ported on 8th Mar 2012. Sent a mail to axis enterprises the same day requesting activation of data plan.
It took them 5 days to get it activated. And finally when they did, they activated a plan meant for data cards thus disabling my voice plan.
My outgoing is blocked since today morning and when I contact Vodafone, they say that they cannot help me regarding this and Axis enterprise can only do something about it.
Axis enterprise wants 24 hours to get this fixed! How ridiculous is this to put a new customer through such a pain process?
I desperately want to go back to airtel now but I am guessing I am stuck for the next 3 months.
