My name is sahil gupta n i m using vodafone prepaid my no. is 9796012999. On 23 feb 2012 i recharged my number with Rs. 32 and same day i activate 4rs net pack in night on same day from my main account and i got 20 mb for 24 hours as per co's rule. Next morning when i checked my remaining mb its was 12 mb and there was approx. Rs. 11.40 in my main account and i start my facebook to check my notifications after some minutes my internet was stop running. Suddenly i check my remaining data balance it was still same to 12 Mb, after this i just checked my main account balance n i got shocked bcoz my main account balance was zero thats means its a wrong deduction. I called customer care n raise complaint for this n executive told me ur problem is a genioun problem n wil be solved by 28 feb 2012 n ur balance wil be given to you. On 28 feb a msg from vodafne to me was Hello. Were you happy with the help offered for your ticket no. 81375854. Please reply with Y or N. After sometime i again cal customer care an executive named Ali Mohd Sofi told me that sir ur balance wil not be return to you bcoz ur free mb given to u was finished thats y it wil deduct from ur main account then i told him that u can check in your application that i used internet even though when my main account was zero bcoz there was 12 mb remaining in my account but he just giving me fake execuses. I was very angry bcoz its not first time when its wrong deduction. Many times there was wrong deduction but i ignored. Then i told the executive that give me noddle officer no. He give me the no. of Mr. Ram Madho 9796097979 who is noddle officer of vodafone jammu state. I called the noddle officer he told me i received ur complaint n told me sir plz wait half an hour i'l call you back but unfortunately he didn't call me n when i again call him after 2-3 hours he continuosly disconnected my calls. After 2 days i got a call from vodafone side a lady asked me About the issued and again she told me its not wrong deduction as its fully wrong deduction case. And after conversation she told me we'll call u shortly but it has been more than 10 days gone still i didn't any cal from vodafone side. If i call then they told sorry no complaint can be raised as its once forwarded n if i want to talk with senior executive then they directly told sorry we cant. I know its only for Rs. 11.40 but it hurts me bcoz it happens many time n i didnt get even 1 Re from their side. So plz help me i dont want my money back but i want revenge from vodafone especially Mr. Ram madho who is noddle and who has responsibility to satisfy their customer but he just ignored so plz take an action. I'll be very thankful to you.

I am using vodafone number from past 8 years. Its come to my notice that vodafone have started deducting money from my prepaid numebr without my consent. if i ask for my money Consomer care executive just keep the phone down. I have lost at around 300 rps in deduction, they say its Game download which is absoultly FAKE. I am fed up of Vodafone. I want my money back anyhow. Please guide me
