Tata Docomo's service poor response I took my connection for 9030292696 on 16th July and submitted all the required and valid documents necessary for the connection.
Everything went well for 20 days then the problem started i got a message saying that the documents are not recieved by them The outgoing of the connection has been disabled and to submit them again
I submitted the documents again and the outgoing was resumed and went well again for 3 weeks and then again my outgoing was discontinued again with the same ridiculous reason saying that the documents are not recieved and this time after a few long discussions i agreed to provide them the documents in person but they are not ready to give the details of their office
How can such a telecom service be established without an office in Hyderabad ??
How can they waste my time over the issue saying that the documents are not recieved (Even though i submitted them twice).
This is totally insane for a Tata's enterprise to provide such poor response and trouble the customers

not able to send message respected sir,
I had bought a TATA DOCOMO sim in tamilnadu, but i am in karnataka. my complaint is that i am not able to send a single message in my phone. there is no problem in the phone. there is aproblem with the sim .the sim was purchased around a month.so i request you to tell me a solution.

TATA DOCOMO - Poor Service/ Services Barred Hi,
I took a Bangalore post paid Tata Docomo connection a month back. I provided all the documents, I am a TATA employee myself and hence provided my address proof on a company letter head.
Inspite of that my services were blocked. After raising a complaint , complaint ID- 187614719, the SLA given to me was of two days. I specially requested for them to come on weekend since I'm a working professional and also to call on my alternate ph number in case I am not found at my residence but to no avail. Its three weeks, the SLA was crossed and three more escalations took place but my service has not been resumed.
To my surprise a bill for my usage of fifteen days has been promptly sent to my residential address .
My last call revealed they have closed the case on the system and again raised a complaint on the system, five more days and nothing has happened.
My alternate number is a Mumbai number which I have been using and am getting charged for.
Being a Tata employee it gives me immense grief to complain against Tata

Tata docomo Poor customer service ( No satisfaction at all) Hello sir,
I have an issue with our post paid connections. I took 2 postpaid numbers of Tata docomo The numbers are 9030770599 and 9030009688. I took this numbers by submitting pancard, voter ID copies and SBI statement as address proof and also 300 security deposit per number in Hyderabad. After that I got job in Mphasis Bangalore and I went to Bangalore. 1 Week later they have disconnected my connections which are using by my father and brother.
* They did not intimate me before they visited my house.
* They are saying they verified my address 3 times and i did not get any call, I gave 9701117111 as an alternative number and still it is working.
* I called Your Customercare and I didn't get any proper responce.
* Atlast they provided me and complaint number and gave assurance that they will activate before 3PM of 14th september and they do nothing.
* It is almost 15 days that the outgoing got disconnected.
* They are saying the same scripts( like updated, forwarded) again and again.
My complaint number is: 188581297
* One of their supervisor gave assurance to clear the connections on or before 3 PM 14th september and that did not work.
* They asked for convinient time for verification and I told them to visit 9Am To 12PM 13th september and my parents waited for them in house and no one came to my house.
Yesterday I called to customer care and they said both numbers are disconnected and there is nothing to do by them. But one of your executive visited my house and said he came for address verification( His number:9959292306) but CC people saying its disconnected. I dont know the reason. That is the first call I ever received from the address verifier. I did not informed by anyone about the disconnection. They even unable to take the complaint and they are saying we can't do nothing.
I called their Head office (040-66552666) and they are disconnecting the phone with out proper intimation.
Please respond as soon as possible on this issue.

outgoing stopped my no. is 9039974216 which is not working as outgoing since many time i have been already submitting document at the relaed office but they need more to open some fake SIM's

Tata docomo prepaide Out going Barred Hi,
My name is Ansar Ahamad from Pune & i am using TATA DOCOMO from last 2-3 months with No. +91-9028978475
I have submitted appropriate document to Tata docomo retailer but your company barred my out going calls due to lack of documents according to costumer executive.
After that i have again submitted my all valid documents to Tata true value hub
"Shop No. A, B Wing, K P C T Mall, Near Vishal Mega Mart, Fatima Nagar
, Wanowri, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra 411013"
on 10th Oct 2009 & they told me that your out going will defiantly start on 12th Oct 2009 but today is 14th Oct 2009 but it not started yet .
I am also calling on below mention numbers but no body attending a call.

they are respond to my mail but i am disappointed by there reply they said that this is under process.

TATA DOCOMO outgoing barred inspite of submitting docs on time i took a tata docomo connection(9029893270) from mumbai (goregaon east ,vanrai colony) retailer.
I submitted all the documents but still they disconnected my connection saying that the documents not received.the retailer does not co operate as well.the customer care officers also are rude and arrogant.please help me with the contact number of nodal officer who can genuinely help me asap. thanks in advance to anyone who can/may help
