    Default Unauthorised mobile number portability - help

    on idea/airtel whats the technical term to tell mobile company to stop "unauthorised mobile number portability" .

    Why i am asking so? some wise guy ported out from number (we all know he need to have access to either MNP Code or SIM card to start process...) anyways, it was done without both these, if any one from common people of some technical person from mobile company can show us some light or educate us.

    some how i got number my number back but that wise guy again got the number back.

    some how i manage to get the number back.....

    so biggest question what shall i ask/tell them to do to prevent unauthorised mobile number portability again..

    1. can they put some remark for my number to prevent
    2. put some check on my account

    any help would be great
