Dear Sir,

I purchased a corporate connection of Reliance Mobile in 2006 i.e.
9312965887 as I am an insurance agent with Reliance Life Insurance.

At the time of purchasing the connection I have been only provided a number
and I purchased my own handset and get that number activated on the same
handset. I am using this number from past 3 years and was enjoying the
services till June 2009.

But in month of may I made an advance payment of Rs.1500 so that If do not
get time in future to pay the bill it should automatically should be
adjusted from advance payment but to my surprise I receive a Bill for June
2009 usage in July 2009 which says my payment due is Rs.75 and Misc. Debit
of Rs.965 and My adjustment is Rs.0

I lodge a complaint in customer care and they assured it will be corrected
in next bill. Again I receive a bill of Rs.208=[June bill(Rs.75)+July
bill(Rs.133)] and again adjustment amount is Rs.0


Again I complaint the customer care and they said we don't know why there is
Misc. Debit go to your company and asked the same to them and threatened me
that if i fail to make payment they will barred my incoming/outgoing calls.

I have been completely cheated without providing any information.

I request you to kindly take some strict action and advice me how to proceed
further.
