sir, i have idea mobile no +919948959937, i am using this number since more then 5 years now, they have asked to submit my identity documents and photographs just 6 months back, which i have complied with, but again now they ask to submit the same, again i have submitted it. But when ever i dial any number they ask me the sumbit the documents or else they will stop the service, i have complained the same with the customer care, but nobody is ready to listen, it has become very irritating for me because when ever i dial a number a computerized voice will ask to submit documents etc and gives long comments and during that period the call is not even connected every time i dial i have to listen to this and wait at least 20-25 sec and then the call will be connected, i complained to the nodal officer idea cellular limited but of no use, why should the consumers be harassed in such a way..........please help me thanks.
