i am pradeep, for last 7 years i am using airtel network,
on feb 9th i have been charged 28 rupees by airtel without any intimation , then i called to airtel customer care, they said like we didnt get any update regarding this yet so, we will check out and let you know.
again feb 10th i have been charged 10 rupees and i called customer care asked information regarding this for this they told that that has been charged for ringtone downloads. the time of downloading of that content is 8.26pm but my mobile was switched off from 6 pm to 9 pm on that day..
i told this to customer care but they didnt mine this and all.
then today i received call from airtel database team and they told that 28 rupees has been charged for mp3 downloads from airtel live,
but i didnt download any content from airtel live i told this to airtel customer care but they didnt respond properly for my queries.
so i want to file a complaint against this issue
