Dear Sir,

I have received call from idea customer care and they are offering 3G services.
We have told them that we do not require the service as we do not have such usage.
But customer care executive Vishal Kole is arguing that it is good service and bla...bla.
He is calling n number of times in a day and messing up the things.
Even he is not listening us and at the end he has activated services without our confirmation.

Now i want to do complaint against Idea customer care and want my money back.
This is really very bad thing that such executive is completing their target without confirming/caring of customers.

It is really very much appreciable if action will take on immediate basis.
