I had a bsnl pre paid connection. The SIM was not working properly so i had to replace it.
Once replaced i found that previous balance RS42 was not there. Then i top up with Rs 50 and found that the Rs 45 got credited. But after 2 hrs i found the main balance again changed to 0.
Then i recharged with Rs 124 for validity that also did not get credited. After several time calling the Customer Care of BSNL they gave me the following feed back.

My Initial balance Rs 42 was lost as the validity was over by 15 days.
My next top up amount of Rs 45 was lost as it was valid for only 1 day.
And Rs 124 was never recharged.
This is in name of business a theft of public money. If my validity is lapsed then why my balance is eaten up. Please let me know what action i can take against then and how? as i think this is my right. This is not the first incident previously then also used to cut s 1 or Rs 5 some day or the other. To stop that i had to fight for at-least 3 months and only after that i got relief from it. These hidden clause are never published. How can i get proper justice from these culprit mobile service providers.
