    Default TataDocomo - Unhappy with the Service

    Hi i am a tatadocomo user. I must say that the service is no were close to good or even okay...

    I sent PORT 7795074768 to 1900 and i was charged 60ps for that....but i havent received any reply, i was suppose to get a CODE which i wanted to send it to vodafone so that the migration process starts....
    I called Customer Care person, he made only one point saying that "We havent received any request"...,,,later he said it will take 4-5 hours...but still i havent received any response...
    I sent the request 2 times...but no use.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply....

    Still waiting for the response....for the PORT request i raised...

    I called customer care person today morning and he asked me reason for leaving TATADOCOMO.
    After the discussion he confirmed that i sent a request from my mobile number for PORT and he said he will be sending me the CODE within 5-10 min.
    But still i havent received any response.

    May i know why is it getting delayed..?

    I was not happy with the customer care service already....but now this is making it worst....
    Please can i get the PORT code...so that i get a happy farewell....
