*This is to draw your attention towards the way Airtel company treats their customer.


I am Vishwaraj , using airtel in jaipur rajasthan from last 2 years.

on Date: 7 Feb,2012 i refilled my SMS pack to Rs.85 and i got the confirmation


message But after sending sms my balance was deducted. This SMS pack was not working. I called customer care several times and they are just switching line and most of time was left in holding the line. My 5-6 Rs are wasted in calling customer care and and still I did not get any satisfactory answer. They are only transferring call from one person to another.


If i am in problem customer care is supposed to give me the solution not the excuses but they are playing games only.


Please help me in getting my SMS pack of Rs. 85 and all my money deducted amount back.


My airtel complain no is 965248.


Few days ago they activate any cartoon service on my number and cut the amount with out any confirmation from my side. i talked about it to c care but no response from their side. simply hold the line and then they cut the call after 3-4 minutes.
