My name is noor shaikh my reliance number is 8055550333 i want to this number port out from reliance to vodafone but when i am sending port SMS to 1900 there is come reply an a error and error is dear reliance customer your request could not processed please try after some time i am trying this activity from last 2 week and also ordinate with reliance customer care from last 3 day continuously calling to reliance CC on 198 but my problem is still not resolved and customer care person says your problem will be resolved in some minits or some hr.
Please help on the same.

This regarding my reliance connection- i have never faced any problem with billing with regards to reliance. Its been 2 months since i have paid my bill and my phone is barred - stating payment not received. The payment was done online through netbanking- where the bank says the payment has been released- but reliance denies the receipt- why is the consumer suffering- i want to shut all my reliance connection which i have done- but want to sort this issue at the earliest.
