Applied for mnp 20days back and still no response Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a customer of BSNL MOBILE, ANDHRA PRADESH, no.9949259797, I ported to BSNL on 22nd October(service activated date) and from then dint like the network, issues like network problems, connectivity and everything was an issue, so I finally decided to port to IDEA and have applied for Porting on 20th January, BSNL customer care called me up and talked about the porting query, but they have rejected my request, when I called up BSNL today they say that there is no such request for porting, I'm really bugged up of this network and I seek relief from BSNL,
Kindly guide me the procedure.
