Yesterday i.e. on 8.02.2012, I got call to one of my vodafone no. from customer care (Ahmedabad Vodafone Customer care) and cut down the call without answering anythng. Immediately after the call, i received messages saying Rs. 23 debited to activate bonus STD which i have'nt asked to activate. On calling back customer care they are telling that i asked them to activate it. Its an irrational behaviour from such a reputed company. Customer care executives are taking it granted what ever thet think. Its the time to teach this bloody cheating organisations how to behave with customers.
