    Angry Airtel - Not getting 3G data and balance removal


    On 17th of Jan 2012 Chennai i had recharged for rs.650 by which as the vendor showed me 2.5gb of data and after free usage i will be charged at 100kb @ 20p. At first i had recived only 1308mb which was nowhere near the said data amount but when i calld up the customer care they said i shud get only 1gb and shud be happy that i got 308mb free and hung up. The next day when i calld up they said the balance data will be credited within 8 hrs and gave me a complaint number. Aftrr waiting for 2 days and still not getting the said data i calld up again only to be told that rs675 rc for 3g is only for data card and is not valid on mobile. I left it at that. Then on 23 of Jan 2012 my 3G speed came down to 56.7kbps when complaind the customer care said i dont have a 3g suported device while am using a state of the art phone known as Samsung Galaxy Note which works very well with my vodafone and the 3G is seamless. Then later they again took down a complaint statin within 48hrs my issue will be solved. But from that day onwards i was charged 10ps for 10kb. While my said 3g pack was supposd to last till 17th of feb 2012. And while i have my 36rs 100 sms a day pack i get charged 75p per sms till today. And i keep gettin messed about by the cust care. And for the above mentiond details i have all the proof. So lest even here if no action is taken i will have to move to higher authority for money scamming and fraudulent actions. Because i am NOT asking for compensation i am asking for a PROPER RESPONSE

    Question speed issue has been resolved but....

    Well the speed issue has been resolved as of 12 Feb 2012 but what about my lost usage/free data? and the money i had spent recharging to use the so called 3g? Because out of the one month validity i was able to use it for hardly A week and the issue gets over exactly two days before it ends? As in what can be done for that? And thanks for resolving the speed issue atleast this method gave me a bit of relife while the customer car keeps mocking me with new answers every time.

    As on 16 Feb 2012
    I had recived a call from a lady working with airtel on 15th around 4pm askin me if my 3G speed issue has been resolved and when i askd when my STOLEN data will be refunded she jus said "that is not my concern i jus calld up to enquire about the speed issue because you complained in the consumercourt website" and hung up statin have a nice day with airtel.
    And i had recived a call from a gentle man on 14th of feb around 12:30 asking me about my STOLEN data complaint and claimed that i still had 1.2GB of data left in my account and that i was not supposed to be charged for data usage till i use the free data and asks me WhY i was bein charged??? Jus what are you people getting at i dont understand and he even said as a compensation my 3G pack validity will be extend for a week from the expiry dare which was 15 feb 2012. But the lady said its not her concern. I have records of the calls that i have recived with the entire conversation along with the phone numbers. I pay thousands to get a good network but instead jus get robbed? And playing me for a fool statin this guy will rezpond for this and she will respond for that?? I have all the proof i need to prove it anywer that i was made a fool into recharging for the benifits that i am supposed to get for those recharges. And i dont want to be fooled more by you people. If i do not get a proper response am going to the press for false information and money scamming and intellectual property damage and mental pressure by the so called Indias Leading Network Airtels fooling scam. Because what you shud understand is that we people dont print or make money from nothing. Its our hard earned cash that we get cheated on. And am duly sorry if this seems a bit rude but i just cant stand whats hapening.
