    Angry TATA DOCOMO nightmare

    Dear Sir,

    I had taken TATA DOCOMO number Account Number- 978646880. I have paid refundable deposit of Rs. 300, which has to be adjusted against bill amount. Due to horrible network connection, call drop outs and poor customer care service I had discontinued the connection after first month only. My mobile Bill was Rs 435, I have paid Rs 135 and requested to adjust refundable deposit Rs 300 towards my due. But still I am receiving the reminders for paying Rs 300.

    I have written communication with TATA docomo, for adjusting the amount, but no one has replied. They had called me around 11 times. I had informed in each call , to adjust the deposit. Each time I had recieved the feedback from customer care that they will update me on this. And next time new customer care executive use to call and again I use to request him for deposit adjustment. I am having email also on this, July 15, 2011, on which TATA docomo has not replied till date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Now TATA docomo has started sending me postal mail and mentioning that despite so many calls you are not paying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It is not at all expected from brand like TATA.
