Hi,
I am using airtel prepaid and have activated Blackberry weekly internet plan. Despite that Airtel deducted 35 rs from my balance for using Internet on 4th feb 2012. i called 198 and they told it was BB's fault and told me to call on 7070. i called them and they told it was Airtel's fault. i called once again 198 but now they are not picking the call and issue remains unresolved. They sent me a reference number - CBDMO20205586692.
Now they are not responding. Customer care executives were talking very rudely and not ready to understand the problem and keep on stressing its not their fault.Please try to resolve this.
