We are airtel customers from past 6+ years and the latest gimmick from airtel is auto sending of messages on my fathers prepaid number saying that your carrer tips or astrology tips or any other useless tips will be started in next five days and to stop please sms STOP to 121. If not sending the message then Rs 5 will be deducted and service will be activated. I think this is pure theft and this is not acceptable at all. Don't we have any other work and we should be sending STOP messaged everytime. This is comple harrasement and sould be stopped. I have called customer care twice but those scripted dummy customer care executives are not understanding a single word. If this will not be actioned here then I will file a written complaint and would not let this go easy for airtel.Better is that sunil mittal should travel into busses and trains and start pickpocketing as this is same as theif!!!
