My number is 9012967131 and i activated a GRPS plan of Rs 5 on my number, as the activation information i received a message from number 51985 saying that 5 Rupees have been deducted from your account balance to deactivate this plan dial *800*25# . On dialing this number to deactivate the plan, they again deducted another Rs. 25 saying another plan has been activated on your number.When i called customer care regarding this, they said we cannot help you with this and disconnected my call in between saying your are satisfied with the information given by us.I still have those two messages saved in my mobile and waiting if anyone could help me with this.Thank you
