Respected Sir,

My name is Debendra, and I live in Bhubaneswar. my cell no is - 9861459548. Reliance has deducted my entire prepaid balance of Rs 140 for nothing. I am a student by profession. I have been using Reliance Smart GSM service for quite some time now. Except for SMS pack (Monthly Rs 19/-), I have not subscribed to any packs. My SIM is recharged for lifetime validity.On 3rd February at about 10:30pm, I suddenly discovered that my net balance is zero and I am not able to make any calls. I immediately tried to call customer servive, but it repeatedly showed as network failure. Also the customer care was not available after 11pm, so i had to give up. The next day i e on 4th Feb, I immediately started calling them, but was not able to talk to them. At a much later time, I finally spoke to someone called Debika. She said I was subscribed to JOKES pack. But I never subscribed to any pack whatsoever and asked her to deactivate it. Then Ms Debika said that my Balance is 0 and this was not due to any call or SMS. She said they do not have knowledge, that how the amount has been deducted.
I want my Rs140 back.

The customer care acknowledges the entire amount is deducted and they DON"T KNOW HOW ................
How can the service provider not know where the balance has gone ??????
They are not refunding my balance.They are asking to call them back. But the customer care number is never responding. I think they have Blacklisted my number and avoiding my call since they don't know how my balance is deducted.
I want my balance back . Please help me in this regard.
