This mail is regarding the complaint against the Commitment of Nodal Officer - Kolkata (Uma Roychowdhury) for the final settlement of the Postpaid & Photon Plus bill.

History of the Scenario:
I was facing some issues in Tata services in November; I had logged 2-3 complaints and mail to the Nodal Officer (Nodal.Kol@tatadocomo.com) for the same.

After my complaints I finally decide for disconnecting all my Tata services.
On this behalf, Uma Roychowdhury has called me 2-3 times, after all discussion Uma Roychowdhury told me to pay Rs 2155/- for the Final settlement .she waived my few amounts which have not been used by me but the bill has generated for that.
All such discussion happened over phone with me and Uma on 9th of Jan 2011.
I paid Rs 2155/- on 11th of Jan 2012 at Bantala CTS office to Prantick Basu (His cell no - 9330032761).
The Receipt NO was - 018111.
After this final settlement, I mailed to the
Sontu.mukherjee.iv@tatatel.co.in & Kolkata Nodal officer mail id for disconnecting all my services.
After this settlement I got some more calls from Tata Bill section regarding my due payment .I described all the stories .again I logged 2 complaints for that (Complaint # 295694889 & 295812953).
Now I got to know that that was not my final settlement. I have to pay more. Still the bill is coming.
Outgoing is revoked but Incoming in online.
Today I got to know from the billing section that Uma Roychowdhury is saying that she has not committed anything and I have to pay more.
Now I have some Questions:
1. I mailed after bill payment but she never replied my mail. Why ???
2. I tried to reach her at Nodal office Kolkata through phone but she was not available every time as per all her representatives (Amrita one , of her representative).
3. I demand to know the procedure to complaint this issue to the higher level but Amrita(Nodal Office representative) denied to suggest.
I really surprised the way she is behaving with TATA premium customer. And why she is denying for the final settlement discussion .
Why she is not replying my mail??
Action:
I want to disconnect all my TATA services which i have ever used.
I don’t want any Threat call from the TATA billing section .
Otherwise i will do some legal action.
