    Default Airtel Prepaid:looting money by value added servic

    Dear Sir,

    I am having Prepaid mobile connection #7709869306. Airtel starts value added sevice without informing. I have made several request for stopping this service. I infromed them that I do not need this service any time further. Even then they play dirty tricks and starts again. Today( Feb 04, 2012) we made a call to customer care again and they stopped it at 11.16am and to my shock got another sms at 11.20am saying some value added service started again.
