    Angry Airtel Prepaid - Dirty tricks by Airtel

    Hi,

    I have a prepaid mobile - 9945531115. Airtel automatically activated the 'Daily Wallpaper service' with out my consent during Dec 2011 and started deducting money. In spite of repeatedly messaging to unsubscribe, it was not deactivated. Then Mailed to Customer service. They responded after some time and credited back Rs 30. From the next day, again they activated the 'Daily wall paper service' and continue to deduct Rs 1 daily even now. I guess Airtel strongly believes they can get away easily with these kind of tricks because of our weak consumer laws.
