I got an email from their side regarding my new postpaid connection.
I had clearly mentioned in my application that I’m willing to take a postpaid connection to get the benefit of Rebook gift offer. I mentioned this in application.
Intimated same to the associate (Jeevan), who used to sit in our cafeteria.
I had seen in handout that this is not available on corporate connection. But he registered me for corporate plan. What is wrong with that guy?
This mistake is not from my end. I didn’t activated my SIM yet. That is still brand new. Once I’ll get confirmation from your end. I’ll proceed.
Otherwise, you’ll lose many valuable customers and many more connections.
I’ve recordings of all conversation done with your associates regarding this benefit.
I complaint for week signal, no one came to my home. One person called me and assured me that engineers will come and plant a booster. Where is that engineer? Is he coming from any other galaxy?
Your billing system is really insane, Not sending customized bill to your postpaid customer through email. Is that a burden for you?
I do not know, what else to say but this is the last chance for you to proceed. Otherwise, I contact TRAI. I hope you’ll take this seriously.
Please let me know, will I still get those benefit.
Don’t think that I’ll remain calm and please decrease your SLA timing to resolve or respond to any of your customer’s query.

Someone will call me between when I’ll be at home regarding my complain, if signal is not there how will I communicate properly.
I told them many times to call after 1 minute, so that I could come out of my building but even after waiting for half an hour no one called me.
What is wrong with your associates?
Please respond to my queries point wise and address my every concern. Otherwise be ready for consequesnces.
I know, what to do, if you’ll not give me a favor in all these case.
