    Default Airtel Postpaid Problem

    Respected Sir,

I undersigned Rohan Shende working at IBM India Pvt ltd. wants to bring to your notice that I had been using your Airtel postpaid service for IBM Professional account since April 2008. I wanted to end my tenure with Airtel on numbers 9967969740 & 9967969741 in October and hence I called their customer care to deactivate my accounts. After registering the request there was no action taken from Airtel and I received bill for November with only monthly charges.

When I complained about the bill I was told that the numbers were not deactivated since I didn’t send an email to 121@airtelindia.com from professional account. After clearing all the bills and sending email from my account I still received bill for month of December.

Due to frustration I called Airtel customer care and asked for the explanation. They told me to make payments for one last time and and send an email. I made all the balance payments again and sent an email to confirm the same. I got the confirmation call from Airtel to close accounts.

Now in January I received another bill to clear some outstanding amount of 300rs.

After this I went ahead and made an escalation in IBM.

I have received a fresh email from Airtel to make the payments within 7 working days or they have threatened me to take a Legal action.

Could you please help me in this matter? I have already faced lot of nuisance from Airtel in this matter and they keep calling at my place and trouble my old parents reminding again and again about the payments.

Kindly advice me on this matter.

    Regards,
    Rohan Shende

    Hello,

If the customer care people are not solving you problem then the next step is to send a written notice to the Airtel Chairman via registered post. But before that we need some basic information from your side.
    1) Your full billing address

    Thanks

Default Airtel Postpaid Problem - Wrong commitments and Unnecessary GPRS bill

Hello Friends - I am a new customer to Airtel postpaid. I received call from Airtel sales team to convert my prepaid service to postpaid by promising lot of offers but I haven't got single commitments yet. I reported this issue to customer care but I am not getting any solutions yet. Also they have been charged 3000 for GPRS unnecessarily. Since one month I have been asking to resolve this matter as It a was mistake at Airtel end or I was deliberately forced for higher bills. Worst part is that I have been asked to pay without considering/resolving all my issues raised and they are threatening me to face legal issue if I am not paying. Can you please help me to resolve this matters.

    Thanks
    Parthy.

Thumbs down My Airtel bill issue

    Mobile#9632904499

I would like to provide all the details once again for your reference.

A few months ago I had denied to pay complete amount of my mobile bill of number 9980788119 as it was charged excessively. When I had discussed about this with Subhash from collection team, I asked to settle the bill of 5399 INR and collection team finally agreed to pay 3731 INR and also promised to send me no due mail in 2 Hrs, and the rest 1668 INR charge for internet would be waived off.

Based on that I made the payment of 3732 Rs, but of late services to my another number 9632904499 were stopped and I was asked to pay the rest as well.

Kindly look in to this issue is happing from last one month nobody solved this, and also customer service desk not responding properly to connect manger level we want to wait 30mints for speak.

As I already mentioned that bill was charged excessively, I will not pay 1668 INR. Please look in to the matter and provide services to my current number as soon as possible.

I believe airtel no longer have basic human sensitivity and they are least bothered about CUSTOMER SERVICE “
