Dear sir,

this is to your kind information i am using vodafone mobile service at visakhapatnam r/o near complex city only, i am getting lot disturbing for bad network in my home.

1. I put a request to idea for port out / submit the docks along with complete set of applications.
2. I have submitted last 3 / 4 months back still my request is pending for port out from vodafone to idea.
3. I have given complaints to vodafone for port request.
4. Still this complaint pending with them.
5. The idea said its not activated.
6. Why this case pending with idea they are enable to provide network to us.
