    Angry Portability from idea to Airtel

    Hello,
    Recently my uncle used the portability facility and moved from idea to Airtel.The moment he shifted to Airtel,the problem started .He was not at all getting incoming calls from other network apart from Airtel.He shifted from 06-01-2012.He already raised a compliant in Airtel customer care and they have given complaint number also but the action on this issue was zero.Almost on daily bases he attempting to call customer care.As my uncle was an Advocate,his clients were not able to contact him and it may end in his reputation issue.Please take the action on immediate bases on Airtel and i am mentioning complaint number-CPIUC30120556939 and his mobile number was 9848907181. Please take the necessary action.
