    Default Airtel not refunding my money

    Airtel nor refunding my money.I wanted to use Airtel 3G high speed internet service. I consulted customer care about 3G plans and recharged my Airtel mobile no 9896952696 with 750INR on 18JAN,2012 which offers me 4 GB of 3G data. They told me that Airtel offers 100kb/s of downloading speed but I received only 5-10kb/s speed. So i filed a complaint(complaint no 0119835168) to refund my money on 20jan,2012. They assured me that my money would be refunded by 23rd JAN,2012. But my money was not refunded so I called customer care again and asked about my refund. They told me that they are again forwarding my complain(complain no COLWN 30123322070) and my money will be refunded by 24th jan,2012 by 10AM. I waited and when I didn't received my refund I called them again on 24th Jan at 10 AM. I talked to their senior executive NISHA she told me that from their end it is showing that my money has already been refunded. But I didn't even received a single penny. Then she told me that within 4hours I'll receive a call from their blackend team and my money will be refunded. I received the call within 4hours but that was just their formality, he told me that it will take 48hours because they will have to check how much data is left and will refund for the left data. He assured me that my money will be refunded. I waited 48hrs actually more than 48hrs but still my money was not refunded. So I called them again on 29jan,2012 and asked about my refund, they again told me to wait for 48hrs and committed that my refund will be done within these 48hrs but I still didn't received any refund. I again called them after 48hrs that is on 31JAN,2012 and again talked to their senior executive NISHA(she is the same person who gave me her commitment that my refund will be done). She again asked me to wait for another 4hours and I'll will receive call from them within 4 hrs and my money will be refunded. But even after 4hrs I didn't received any call and neither do I received any refund. I am sick and tired of their lies. I am facing too much stress and difficulty. And have even wasted more than 10RS on just calling the customer care. At present their is 3814.16 MB of 3g data is left. I would like to receive 10 times the money I paid for 3g plan for all the difficulties I am suffering due to their lies.
