I wanted to write this so that everybody is aware of whats going on with the reliance prepaid connection now. I have been using reliance number 8928342161 for a very long time now.I never use to have a problem Until i realized they they started to call me from unknown number. we pick up the call thinking that might be an urgent call but what you could hear is some bullshit ringtone or some nonsense tune. now they started to deduct balance every time I recharged my phone. am a heavy user so I spent more than 2000 a month on my prepaid phone. am pissed off with the service provider now for unauthorized deduction done on me. my girl friend stays in Delhi. she also use reliance just because I used it..but she started complaining about the same..she went to reliance outlet many time to complaint about the balance deduction but in vain so we both thought of changing the service provider if they don't stop doing this. this is my final request to reliance phone company .if they don't do anything I would be campaigning against them.. am ready to spent money to save the fraud done by them..like me thousand of customers will be facing the save situation however no one dare to write or care about it. now my turn to start and see how I can stop this..I will be waiting for the campaign in Facebook , twitter and so on against reliance if they continue to do this..and pls anyone has the same issue do let me also know pls ...thanks Robin senar pune.
