    Default Tata Indicom Bad Response Towards Customer

    In the year July 2010 I went to TATA HUB (TVH) to get a problem regarding wrong balance deduction resolved but they told me that the number was not on my name so they could not help me. I then told them to deactivate the number but they told me to destroy the SIM and to wait for 6 months and the number would get automatically deactivated. It has been 20 months since then but the number is still showing active on your record. As per the 6 months no usage policy of TRAI it should have been deactivated by now. I am worried if you guys are running a scam or what. Also a great neglect is equal to fraud. So tata indicom is doing a fraud. First, you changed the documents. Now you are violating the TRAI rules. Kindly reply. And if possible deactivate the number as per 6 MONTHS NO USAGE POLICY - TRAI RULE as I don’t want to be a victim of fraud.
